Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile product experiences from discovery to delivery.
Create wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, prototypes, and design specifications.
Partner with research to validate concepts through usability testing and iterate quickly.
Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency across platforms.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect, accessible implementation.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to design critiques and process improvements.
Requirements
3–5 years of professional UI/UX design experience for digital products.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and polished visual craft.
Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows.
Solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and design systems.
Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating in cross-functional teams.
